Bob Bonomo is the Founder & CEO of NextSTOP Consulting where he is responsible for Strategy, Talent Management & Client Engagements.

Bob is the creator of The Digital Pathfinder™ Model used by NextSTOP to maximize SMB opportunities and efficiencies by creating the teams, culture, technologies, and strategies required to drive their Digital Transformation.

Prior to his founding NextSTOP, Mr. Bonomo spent over 25 years on Wall Street designing, delivering, and managing innovative global systems, processes, and teams; from developer to CIO, he was a key transformation agent at Sanford C. Bernstein / Alliance Bernstein and OppenheimerFunds Inc.

After leaving Wall Street in 2009, Bob performed pro bono work for a dear college friend’s micro capitalism startup, serving the poorest of the poor in Madagascar, Africa.

In 2014, Bob was introduced to the world of blockchain, became Digital Currency Council certified, established a consulting practice, and has since become a thought leader and global speaker on disruptive technologies.

In another lifetime, Bob worked at JP Morgan, Moody’s Investors Service, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University School of Engineering & Applied Science in 1981.

Arpita Sejal is a Business Technology Associate at NextSTOP Consulting where she is focused on Technology & Industry Research, Marketing, Solutions Development and Client Service.

She holds a Master’s Degree from Pace University’s School of Computer Science and Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from NIIT.

Previously, Arpita worked as a Business Development Associate at Think and Learn Pvt Ltd., where she developed Digital Marketing strategies, spearheaded Customer Satisfaction improving product & service enhancements, and managed CRM & Financial Operations.

Arpita is a dedicated professional with a passion for emerging technologies and their impact on business.

Her enthusiasm, technical prowess, and communication skills will be invaluable in our mission to serve the Small & Medium Sized Business community.

Ram Yarramraju is a Business Technology Associate at NextSTOP Consulting where he is focused on Technology & Industry Research, Marketing, Solutions Development and Client Service.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Pace University’s School of Computer Science and Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from NIIT.

Previously, Ram worked as a Business Development Associate, helping to identify strategic opportunities for BYJU'S, a Global EdTech company, headquartered in Bangalore India, which currently serves over 150 million students around the world.

Ram also worked as a digital marketing associate for CENTA, The Center for Teaching Accreditation.
